How do I place an order on Sqrfeet?

Browse or search for a product, select the variant (size, thickness, finish), and add it to your cart. When ready, go to your cart, review your items, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and confirm the order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you can track it from the My Orders section in your account. Each order shows its current status: Yet to Dispatch, Dispatched, or Delivered.

What do the order statuses mean?

Yet to Dispatch means your order has been confirmed and is being prepared at our warehouse. Dispatched means it has left our warehouse and is on the way to you. Delivered means the order has been handed over to you.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request a modification or cancellation before your order is dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately at support@sqrfeet.in with your order details. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
