We have a simple return & refund policy.
Return Window & Eligibility
Returns are accepted up to 24 hours of delivery in the following cases:
- Any type of quality issues. We stand by the products we sell and there is a no question asked replacement of product for any type of quality issues, whatsoever the nature.
- Any damaged or missing product.
Please Note: No Returns accepted for cases where there are no issues with the Product but may have been misordered/excessively ordered at your end. The return policy is only applicable if the product packaging is unopened & product is unused.
Non-Returnable Products
Some products cannot be returned or replaced, even within the 24-hour window, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:
- Cut-to-size, customised or made-to-order items, such as plywood, laminates, glass or pipes cut to length, and tinted or mixed paint.
- Cement, putty, adhesives, waterproofing compounds, chemicals and other consumables once the bag, tin or seal has been opened.
- Products that have been installed, fixed, wired, plumbed or used in any way.
- Products returned without their original packaging, labels, manuals or accessories.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage or handling.
- Clearance, sale or specially discounted items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Products that are non-returnable are marked as such on the product page. Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items are always covered, whether or not the product is otherwise returnable.
How to Return a Product
- Check your order on delivery. Inspect the items when the delivery partner hands them over. If anything is damaged or missing, tell the delivery partner before they leave wherever possible.
- Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Open My Orders in our app or on the website, select the order and contact support. You can also call or WhatsApp us at +91 91810 55132 or email sqrfeet.in@gmail.com with your order number.
- Share the details. Tell us which item has the issue, what is wrong, and share clear photos of the product and its packaging. For missing items, share a photo of everything you received.
- Keep the product unused. Keep the item unopened and in its original packaging until it is picked up. Do not install or use a product you intend to return.
- Pickup and verification. Our team reviews the request, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and arranges a free pickup by our delivery partner for approved requests. The item may be inspected at pickup.
- Replacement or refund. For quality issues, a replacement is dispatched subject to stock availability. Where a replacement is not possible, or for missing items, a refund is issued as described below.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed immediately upon approval under the following terms:
- Digital / Prepaid / UPI Payments: Refunded directly to the original payment source (including digital payments made at delivery).
- Cash paid to Delivery Partner: Refunded exclusively via a Coupon Code, which can be redeemed on your next order.
Note: Cash refunds or alternative payout methods are strictly not permitted.
Once a refund is processed, the time it takes to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically 5 to 7 business days. Coupon codes are shared on your registered mobile number and email.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order from My Orders in our app or website until it is dispatched. Any amount already paid is refunded to the original payment source. Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled; if there is a problem with what you receive, use the return process above.
